  • Promote trademarked acronyms (e.g. The three C’s of leadership!*)

  • Try to force fit your business into some proprietary model

  • Simply tell you what we think you want to hear

  • Oversell and underdeliver

  • Have a logo with sophistication rivaling the 90’s cup
